As a Recruiter with us, you will manage a diverse range of over 20 positions across various operations. Working closely with hiring managers, you will be an integral part of a results-driven team, offering great growth potential and the opportunity to learn holistic human resource services in a supportive environment.

The pay range for this position is $27 to $27 per hour.

This is an onsite position, located at 3030 Market St. San Diego CA, 92105. The schedule is Monday through Friday 8a-4:30pm and is a temporary position. (1 year)

A Typical Day Will Include:

• Conducting full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions, including developing and posting job advertisements, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews through various mediums, and extending offers to successful candidates.
• Comprehensive tracking and management of candidates through multiple sources (not limited to a singular ATS).
• Maintaining consistent positive communication with hiring teams to provide updates on positions.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable navigating through various software systems as well as manual processes.
• A customer-service mindset with a focus on advocacy for our clients.

We'd Love It If You:

• Have experience in high-volume/high-turnover recruiting environments.
• Have previous recruiting experience in the non-profit and/or healthcare fields.
